    Many small code changed have been made to try fix a GUI race condition.
        Some log messages have been changed in the progress.
        The fields forceDisposeOfAllFramesAndDialogsTimeout, forceSystemExitTimeout and hackDelay have been added to the GUIApplicationUpdateHandler class in the process.
        The output from the installer process in now echoed by a daemon thread (ProcessUtil.attachOutput(..., true, ...).

    The calculateDownloadSiteUrl() method in the AbstractUpdateHandler class has been changed visibility from default ("package") to protected.
    The AbtUpdateCheckerThread, AbstractUpdateHandler and GUIApplicationUpdateHandler classes called the NetUtil.encodeUrlMyVariant() method without protocol to then add it later. This has been changed to a call with full URL.
    The AbstractUpdateHandler.UpdateCheckResult.NO_VERSION_CHECK_PERFORMED has been added. This will be the result, if the no version check file exists.
    The AbstractUpdateHandler.UpdateCheckResult.HOST_NOT_FOUND has been added. This will be the result, if host(s) is / are not found. It is assumed that this is caused by a missing Internet connection.
    The version.replace('.', ':') hack has been removed from the AbtVersionComparator class.
    The all the "super();" have been removed.
    The AbstractUpdateHandler.calculateDownloadSiteUrl() method will now log the calculated download site URL.
    The "Package.DownloadSite.CreateVersionFile" and "Package.DownloadSite.CreateDownloadSiteNameFile" are now set to false.
    OpenJDK 17 (OpenJDK 16 and especially above) is now supported using --add-opens. The download site has been updated with details.

    The download site has been updated.
    The downloaded installer will now be run with the LockFileName parameter instead of the PortNumber parameter.
    Some log messages have been changed slightly.
    The downloaded installer will now be run in the downloaded / temp directory in stead of the current directory, as it causes the installer to lock the current directory (The application install directory) which causes the installer to fail on Windows.
    Log lines changed from starting with "ABT update checker: " to "ABT - Update Checker: ".
    The process id of the started installer, will now be save to the FileUtil.getTempPath() + "ABT - Update Checker Installer Process Id.txt" file, to make it possible for the launch script to wait for the installer to complete on Linux, as Linux otherwise will kill the child child (The installer) process.

    The downloaded installer will now be deleted, when no newer version is found on Windows, as the file otherwise was leaked. If the file exists but deletion fails, only a log message will be added. The file can't be deleted by the installer after installation, as a process can't delete it self on Windows, because the process's binary is locked when it is running. The downloaded file will therefore be deleted the next time a new version check is done.
    All NetUtil.encodeUrl() calls have been replace by NetUtil.encodeUrlMyVariant(), because ' ' was wrongly encoded as '+'.
    The AbtUpdateChecker.SYSTEM_OUT_IMMEDIATELY field has been removed and the logging code has been changed slightly in the process.
        The AbtUpdateChecker.checkForUpdatesInTUIApplicationInTheBackground() method can now no longer be called with a systemOutOnChange parameter. This parameter will be defaulted to true.
        If the AbtUpdateChecker.checkForUpdatesInTUIApplicationInTheBackgroundDelayed() method is called, the printResultIfInteresting() (or printResult() or getResult()) method must be called on the returned object, to get any result logged into the console.
    The getResult() method has been added to the AbstractUpdateHandler class.
