A small spell mistake has been fixed in the download site.
The "The to file is the newest file, the from file is not changed and the line is not set to synchronize both ways" warning has been corrected slightly.
The two warnings given if the to or the from file are changed back in time have been changed and merged to into one (In two variants).
And a "Copy from" and a "Copy to" options have been added.
Trailing spaces have been removed.
"\t" changed to " " in source code.
Trailing tabs have been removed in non source code files.
The format of the documentation on operators has been changed slightly.
Inner double spaces have been removed.
20 incorrect newlines (Only \r) in the FileSynchronizer source file have been fixed.
"default:" changed to "default :".
If source path is not wriable a warning will now be issued.
"can't calculated" chanded to "can't be calculated".
"doesn\'t exists" changed to "doesn't exist".
An exception is now thrown if the directory configured on a line doesn't match the absolute directory (For case sensitive directories / file systems only).
The exception message from the thrown exception if File Synchronizer fails is now in the changelog.
Copying a file with an invalid (on NTFS or FAT32) file name on to a NTFS or FAT32 directory will now give a clearer error message (than "(Invalid argument)") on Linux.
Some "TODO REMOVE" have been removed.
"exit value" changed to "exit code".

A warning has been added on Linux, when the configuration file is missing or empty, and edit / create is selected, as on some Ĺinux distributions the editor is killed when the application is closed (I am not smart enough to fix the problem).
The naming of files if more than two files with the same name were trashed or overwritten was wrong. This has been fixed.

The CONFIGURATION_POSTFIX output line has been changed slightly.
Some time zone offset output lines have been removed.
A warning (with copy to and copy from options) has been added, if a line is not set to synchronize both ways, the from is not changed but to file is changed. This was (wrongly) ignored before.
The "File Synchronizer Options" file is now always loaded in UTF-8 (before it was in system property file.encoding) encoding.
The " [" has been changed to "[".
A "FileSynchronizer: ...done" message has been added after the "FileSynchronizer: Saving..." message.
The error message if the configuration file was missing, was VERY misleading. This has been fixed. (This was only a problem if File Synchronizer was run installed).
Old lock file code has been removed.
