The parseDoubleData() have got added 5 more charaters ('٫' (1643), '٬' (1644), '’' (8217), ' ' (160) (NOTE: This is NOT a space!), ' ' (8239) (NOTE: This is also NOT a space!)) to the algorithm to better handle other locales.
If a tab in the "Regular expression" field caused a line wrap, the "Show matching bracket" feature didn't show the brackets on the subsequent lines correct. This has been fixed.
The "Next non match" button has been added.

The room / space for the group match box is now removed if "Show group matches" checkbox is unchecked.
The "Copy matches" and "Copy groups" buttons will now in Java format word wrap line if it is longer that 256 characters and indent subsequent lines with 4 spaces.
The dark blue label color has been changed to light blue.
The "Matches" label has been added.
The texts (3 variants) in the "Selected string matches (matches())" label have been changed slightly when no text is selected.
The rendering of nested group boxes have been changed slightly.
A text search button has been added to the input text area and to regular expression text area.

The glass pane could draw outside the text areas if the parent window was to small. This has been fixed.

The glass pane could draw the brackets on the scrollbar in regular expression text area (Call to GUIUtil.calculateComponentRectangle() replaced with calculateScrollPaneViewportBorderBounds()).

Several small bugs in the display of regular expression syntax errors in regular expression text area have been fixed.
The code have been slightly refactored to achieve this.
The calculation of end bracket's position didn't include the width of the bracket it self (Off-by-one error). This has been fixed.
If glass pane was to paint a horizontal line inside the vertical visible area, but above or below the horizontal visible area, two pixels were drawn on the edge of the component. They have been removed.
The same thing has been fixed for a vertical line.
The input string "0.0,0" and regular expression "[0-9.]+" was copy matches in Java format as "new int[] {0.0, 0};" which doesn't compile. This was been changed in Java (.<=>,) format to "new int[] {0, 0};" which compiles. e.g. the value is now truncated to be an int (or long).
The code has been slightly refactored in the process.
A String to StringBuilder performance optimization has been made in the RegularExpressionDebuggerUtil.groupsToString() methods (Two variants).

The Float.MIN_VALUE was incorrectly used as the smallest possible float, causing all negative floating point numbers to be handled as doubles. This has been fixed by changing it to -Float.MAX_VALUE.
The font size of the input text area will now change to 12 (instead of 20), if the text area contains more that 5 lines.
The font size of the regular expression text area will now change to 20 (instead of 12), if the text area contains less that 500 characters.
The small double string was "dóuble". This has been corrected to "double".
The layout of the south panel (Settings and buttons) has been changed slightly (BorderLayout -> GridBagLayout).
The default window width has been made a little bigger, to make room for all the components in the south panel.
If matches or groups were copied to the clipboard in "Spreadsheet" format and not all matches or groups where numbers, all matches or groups where put in quotes. This has been fixed, by looking at each string individually.
If the "Copy matches" button was used when the regular expression wasn't valid, an exception was thrown. This has been changed to show an error message.
A similar error message has been added to the "Copy groups" button.
The clipboard content was wrong if a newline character (or any other character that needs to be escaped in Java) was copied using the "Copy matches" or "Copy groups" buttons, when the Java format was selected. This has been fixed.
The "= " has been changed to "= ".
The " =" has been changed to " =".
If a large piece of text (which contains Java escape charters) was pasted into the input or the regular expression text area, then the OS would freeze (At least Linux did). This has been fixed.
